How to slicing & julienne food: 1.Pull out the folding stand and place the slicer on a cutting board on a flat, level surface. Position the slicer so it's steady and doesn't wobble. 2.Push and turn the adjustment knob on the slicer to the required blade setting.The first blade is for slicing. The next is for julienne. The blade will lock into place once selected. 3.Then adjust thickness dial, there are many different thickness ranges to choose, 0mm to 9mm thicknesses for slicing, 4.5mm and 9mm for julienne cuts.
